Full-Time Enrollment Agreement.

1. Enrollment & Payment

• Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is received.
• Full-time tuition is billed per semester. A non-refundable New Student Enrollment Fee is due at the time of enrollment.
• Payment must be submitted through approved Academy payment methods.
• Class access, materials, and a personalized schedule are provided once payment is completed.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments for the Full-Time Program are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued once payment has been made. The New Student Enrollment Fee is non-refundable.

3. Attendance, Pacing & Course Completion

• Full-time students follow a complete college-preparatory schedule curated by the Academy.
• A pacing guide will be provided for each enrolled course to ensure completion by the end of the term.
• Students agree to follow the pacing guide and maintain consistent progress across all courses.
• A parent/guardian must formally request an extension if additional time is needed. Courses expire twelve months from the start date.
• No class changes, transfers, or substitutions are offered after the add/drop deadline.

4. Transcripts

The school term reported on official transcripts will be determined by the end date of each semester. Students must complete all assignments on or before the dates listed below:

• Fall Semester: January 31
• Spring Semester: June 30
• Summer: August 31

5. Liability Waiver

The Parent or Guardian releases Ocean Breeze Academy, its staff, and instructors from liability for injuries, damages, or losses occurring during participation, except where prohibited by law.

6. Agreement Term

This Agreement applies to the full-time enrollment term selected and the program format (Online or In-Person San Marcos Campus) indicated above. It does not extend to additional programs or services unless separately agreed in writing.

7. Acknowledgment & Signature

By typing your name below and submitting this form, the parent/guardian confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Agreement. A typed signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
